Heart-shaped beaded pin cushion. One side of the heart is tan velvet; the other side is a glazed red fabric. The velvet side is heavily beaded with a leaf motif in clear, red, and green. The red fabric side is unbeaded. A thick silk border with clear beads outlines the whole heart.

Marks
A paper tag stapled to the red side is handwritten, "CHUBBUCK / 76".
