Commentary
Her husband's name was not on list: Mrs. Shirley Cartwright says she was notified that the name of her husband, United States Navy Captain B. J. Cartwright, was not on the list of prisoners of war released by Hanoi. Captain Cartwright has been missing in action for more than seven years, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
