Students Scuffle: Students at Tulane University in New Orleans mix it up with a long-haired anti-war demonstrator who attempted to block marching ROTC cadets during a drill on campus Thursday. Brief scuffles between students and the anti-war demonstrators took place as the Air Force ROTC performed their weekly drill.
