Commentary
"People Make War": David Harris with his wife, singer Joan Baez and 16-month-old son, Gabriel, on their arrival in San Francisco after his release Monday from La Tuna Federal Correctional Institution near El Paso, Texas. He served 20 months there for refusing induction in the armed services. Harris told an airport news conference that he plans to continue his non-violent effort to end the Vietnam War. He said it doesn't make sense to blow up buildings, "because buildings do not make war, people make war."
