Commentary
The Head Man Changes Headgear: Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro wears a beret as he addresses university students in Caracas, Venezuela. Castro is on a three-day visit in connection with celebrations of the ouster of former Venezuelan dictator General Marcos Perez Jimenez. The beret was presented to Castro at the university.
