Hemispherical basket with a flat base. Made with coiled construction. Buff six-pointed star on base. Tan geometric designs and brown and buff tessellate triangles on buff.

Deer grass, juncus, sumac, and palm
Commentary
This traditional se-whal-lal basket incorporates several complex geometric designs. The use of filled diamonds, horned diamonds, and interconnected triangles was common in later Southern California baskets, as in this example.
