Child's leggings. Black velvet ground with a 4 1/4-inch-wide beaded panel running down one side and a 4 1/4-inch-high panel circling the bottom. The beading on the panels is a floral pattern in orange, pink, light and dark blue, brown, light and dark green, white and metallic. There is red piping at top and bottom. Within the red piping on the beaded portion there is also a line of thick black beads.

There is a fragment of the rectangular red and white paper Chubbuck Collection tag adhered to legging .a. There is also a circular red and white adhesive paper tag on the interior top of .a, with "#31" written in graphite.
