Cloth rectangle with a cloth handle. Constructed like a bandoleer bag, but with no opening. Completely beaded with a floral pattern on white. Black velvet insert with floral and white "otter-tail" patterns. Some of the green tubular beaded strands and green yarn tassels on the bottom are missing.
