White Cardium shell carved in the silhouette of a small bird. Head and long beak point forward, long wings stretch back. Feet are represented by scalloped edge. Hole pierced in head serves as eye and allows stringing. Santa Cruz phase, Classic Period. Length ranges 2-6 cm.
