Small, flat, circular, soft buckskin pouch with a long flap. Beadwork is blue with dark blue lozenges radiating from center of pouch. Beadwork fringe at top of flap.

Marks
A portion of a white paper tag with a red border is handwritten in brown ink. The first four letters read: "Chey" [Cheyenne].
