Commentary
Irregular shaped semi-rectangular bottle; carved from very light wood, possibly aloe root. Bottle is brown to black, with large carved and gilded characters.

Acquired 1/8/38 at Ip Kei- 7 Sai Loi Choh Tei (a gift from M.S. Laird)
Attribution
F. McClure says bottle is made from aloe root.
