Ellipsoidal jug with wide, short, cylindrical neck and a braided loop handle. Roosevelt black on white ware, White Mountain series. Band of black and white striped and tessellate panels on the main body, and panels of vertical black lines on the neck. Repainted.

clay, slip and paint

Marks
A piece of white cloth tape is affixed to the underside of the bowl. Handwritten in black ink, it reads, "ROOSEVELT LAKE".
