Rectangular black velvet and cloth bag, covered with woven beadwork. The main body is decorated with a geometric pattern on yellow. It is edged with white "otter-tail" beadwork, with floral beadwork on the velvet, and woven beadwork on the handle. 13 beadwork tassels on the bottom, each finished with a tuft of red and olive wool.
