Rounded earthenware jar painted with black and red geometric pattern on off white ground. The body tapers inward slightly on the upper half. It has a short neck that flares to a round lip.

Marks
A note inside the pot is handwritten in black ink. It reads, "Casas Grandes from / Northern Mexico - / However part of / W.W. culture- about / 1300 -".
