Commentary
Certain parts of Paris were supplied with the first gas masks recently. The masks are in five sizes. Faces are measured from ear to ear, via the tip of the nose, and from brow to chin, also by way of the nose. Masks will be offered to the students at the Cite Universitaire and also to the Hetford British Hospital and American Hospital in Paris. A child with a mask fitted to his size, March 1939.
