Elongated rectangular pipe bag made of soft buckskin. Decorated with bright quilled strips, feathers, and metal clamps, with buckskin fringe at the bottom. Similar angle pattern on the back. Czech beads used, in a 1930s revival of traditional design.

Commercial leather, glass beads, porcupine quills, aniline dye, and ornaments

Commentary
This bag, reflecting revival of late 19h-century Sioux beadwork, also shows the influence of Caucasian rug designs. The pattern is worked in Czechoslovakian beads.
